My Experience with Finance USA Corporation was wonderful and amazing , very strong helpful team . Today was my closing and I am very happy with simmy she is just like my sister and she closed my 1st house and now she closed my 2nd house she always is very nice and polite with anyone and a big thing is she admires my work because she said I am a very hard working women i am vary happy to be working with her Simmy is an honest , hard working and very professional. She helped me to get the loan She worked day and night , responding to all me calls , messages and emails , always encouraging and looking for the best . If I ever said something about her I have no words to say about her thank you again to simmy I really appreciate you for everything I strongly recommend all people to contact her , she is an amazing, very cooperative and intelligent . I wish her all the best and success .amen

Tareq Maayta LOAN OFFICER in the Annadale VA office was instrumental to our client securing and settling on their new home. The loan was a difficult scenario with multiple generation purchasing the home. Several other lenders were not willing or able to work with this family. Tareq jumped in and solved every problem with a solution. It was a challenging loan to close, but Tareq was always available day or night to answer our questions. Tareq Maayta was awesome. He's very responsive throughout the homebuying process. He fought for my husband and I throughout the whole process after firing a previous lender. Tareq went above and beyond to get us to closing even though he had a limited amount of time to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. We just wish we would have found out about him from the beginning.

Had an amazing experience with this company as our lender. Our loan office was Ms. Akhtar who was amazing! We were able to close our first home in 15 days and got a great interest rate. Both of these are hard to come by given the pandemic. She was very responsive any time of day. Easy online process using their own website and DocuSign. I would highly recommend them and use them for my next home purchase.

I don’t know where to begin on how amazing this company is. Not only did they do their job and got time to close on time but they did it so efficiently I was questioning on how it was possible. I was under contract with another lender and just 2 weeks before my closing date, my previous lender said there was an issue with my loan. Nasim assured me that she could get the loan approved before the closing dates with just 10 business days left. Not only did they close on time but they found a way to get me a cheaper interest rate. I’ve never worked with a company within real estate or outside of it that’s been so dedicated. This is my first home and they also re financed my parents house all within 2 months. Amazing company is an understatement.
